Who is M.T.McCaw?

A vision, a passion, and a drive to impact the world in a positive way; Matthew McCaw found his calling in residential remodeling.  While working for himself for a short time he found his place with a few local companies.  Seeing how they did things and ultimately how they treated their customers he knew there was a better solution to the residential remodeling profession.

Thus - M.T. McCaw was born.

After you've called to have us to set up an appointment, our design team will meet you at your home - promptly.  This visit is meant to allow us an opportunity to get to know one another, see the space, and explain our process.

During this visit we will also take photos and measurements of your home using accurate and tested methods.  We may also ask to investigate structural elements, attics and basements in order to fully understand your home's structure.

This is also a great opportunity for you to ask our designer questions, opinions, and gather ideas regarding your proposal.

After our initial consultation your designer will return with their measurements and photos as well as any notes they took while discussing your project with you.

They and our amazing design team will collaborate on your proposal.  Our goal is to ensure your project meets your needs but is also feasible and worthwhile.

It's not uncommon for our team to reach out to you during this process in order to get feedback or touch base on our progress.

When we're confident we have the right solution to fit your lifestyle and budget - it's time to meet again!  This time we'll have a preliminary set of

construction plans, elevation, and 3D renders of your remodel.

This is also the our opportunity to revisit your budget and discuss our estimate for the cost of the project.  You're always in control.  We want to ensure you're comfortable during our process and will always be as transparent as possible.

If you love what we've presented and our quote; well walk you through our agreement and collect a small deposited toward the start of work.  Then it's a matter of scheduling!

Now - We build!  Our team will work you into the schedule and prepare you and your home for construction.  Before we begin this phase we'll need you to remove everything from the affected area and prepare your home for us to begin demolition.

This phase is perhaps the longest portion of our walk together.  We will continue to work with you and your timeframe and do all we can to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

Our build process has two avenues for you to consider.  The first is a more hands on approach for the homeowner where you'll be responsible for providing some material like tile or flooring; using our guidance on budget recommendations and quantities of course.

The second is to pair up with our incredible partners over at Brass and Oak Interior Design.  Their team can take a lot of the guess work out of what you may be considering and ultimately direct you toward the best design solution.

We consider this the most important step in our process.  The care AFTER the project comes to an end.  Our ultimate goal is to ensure your overjoyed by your experience with us, are happy with the outcome, and want to share your experience with family and friends!

If for any reason something regarding our work needs our attention - we'll be there.  Your project is more than just a remodel.  It's a relationship we intend to work for.
